1. Who does the "work"?

Butler by Lord Wallington works with various partners to ensure your home is managed to the highest industry standard.

2. Are you insured and bonded? 

Yes, we are both bonded and insured. 

3. When and how do I schedule service? 

Currently we are one week out from scheduling service. We can try to accommodate any last minute request, but it usually takes one week to schedule a new home. Please email us, fill out our Butler form, or call/txt 619-400-9257 to request service. 

Each new home is presented a custom quote specific to your needs. 

4. How do I pay for services? 

Once you have scheduled a time for service you are sent a custom link specific to your home and our agreement which is payable one day prior to service to secure your scheduled time. 

5. How do I cancel service if I need to? 

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel service. If you have already paid for service, it will be credited to your home and applied to the next service. 

6. Do you bring your own supplies? 

Yes, Butler by Lord Wallington arrives to your home ready to take on any task. If you have specific requests for your own supplies due to allergies or other specific requests, we will accommodate that as well. 

7. What if something comes up during service and I need more work done? 

Just ask us and we will make it happen and charge accordingly. 

8. How far will you travel? 

Butler by Lord Wallington only travels in a 10 mile radius from our headquarters in downtown San Diego. 

9. 20% discount only applies to products on our page over 75$ and for housekeeping referrals (only if referral schedules and completes service)
